纸张转向过程精度分析

摘    要:为了实现对纸张90°转向的精确控制,通过对带有导向横杆的纸张转向过程运动分析,求出了这种状态下纸张转向偏斜角与纸张长度、宽度和皮带速度等参数的关系式;通过建立此状态下的纸张有限元碰撞模型,得出了纸张碰撞定位规律和纸张变形情况。结果表明,通过调节横杆的高度、角度和斜度,可以保证纸张碰撞转向精确。

Abstract:In order to achieve the precise control of the paper's 90~rotating, this paper discusses the relationship between the paper's rotating offset angle and the paper's length, width and belt's velocity by giving a motion analysis of the paper's rotating process with the guide cross-bar. Through the establishment of paper finite element collision model, we get the paper collision positioning law and the size of paper distortion. The result shows that we can assure the paper's collision rotating precision by adjusting the cross-bar's height, angle and slope.
