| 摘 要： | 在推动经济可持续发展的过程中,物质资本生产力、人力资本生产力和环境资本生产力共同发挥作用以及相互协调和利用是十分重要的。由于人力资本的能动性、时效性、自我丰富性和开发发展的无限性特征,增加人力资本投资,提高人力资本存量在经济可持续发展中处于重要地位。

| Abstract: | Economy sustainable development has been being promoted by material capital productivity, human capital productivity and environment capital productivity. Each of them can not be absolutely substituted by the other two. Due to the characteristics of human capital, such as self-motivation, self-enrichment, time-limitedness and immensity of development, increase human capital investment and stock will play important roles in economy sustainable development. |
