摘    要:采用3DMine-Rhion-Griddle-FLAC3D耦合构建矿区三维模型,研究了矿体回采过程中井筒变形、应力、塑性区变化规律,并对开采过程中井筒变形进行实时监测以分析验证井筒稳定性。结果表明,基于3DMine-Rhino-Griddle-FLAC3D分析方法,可以对采矿过程中井筒稳定性进行有效分析; 矿体回采结束后,仅在采场周围区域产生较大变形量,井筒变形量均小于10 mm; 采场周围均出现了明显的塑性破坏,但塑性区范围仅存在于采场附近,并未延伸到地表及井筒周围,井筒周围基本处于原岩应力状态。

Abstract:Based on a 3D model of the mining area constructed by using 3DMine-Rhion-Gridle-FLAC3D coupling, the variation rule of shaft deformation, stress and plastic zone during the process of orebody stoping was studied, and a real-time monitoring was performed for the shaft deformation in the process of mining to analyze and verify shaft stability. The results show that the shaft stability during the stoping process can be effectively analyzed based on the 3DMine-Rhino-Griddle-FLAC3D analysis method. It is shown that after the stoping, large deformation mainly occurs in the surrounding area of the stope and the deformation of the shaft is less than 10 mm; obvious plastic failure can be found in the surrounding area of the stope, but the plastic zone is just within the area adjacent to the stope and does not extend to the surface area or area around the shaft. The shaft and its surrounding area are basically under virgin stress state.
