摘    要:以脆硫锑铅矿、铁闪锌矿、六方磁黄铁矿为研究对象,考察了含水杨羟肟酸捕收剂模拟废水对铅锑锌硫化矿浮选行为的影响,并利用红外光谱测试研究了其作用机理。结果表明,在含水杨羟肟酸废水体系中,以硫氧化合物CSU61为抑制剂、25#黑药为捕收剂、矿浆pH值6.0条件下,脆硫锑铅矿回收率可达到95%以上,而铁闪锌矿和六方磁黄铁矿回收率低于20%,证明含水杨羟肟酸捕收剂废水体系有利于脆硫锑铅矿与铁闪锌矿或六方磁黄铁矿的分离。红外光谱分析结果表明,水杨羟肟酸废水体系下抑制剂CSU61可以有效抑制25#黑药在铁闪锌矿和六方磁黄铁矿表面的吸附,但不影响其在脆硫锑铅矿表面的吸附。研究成果可为硫化-氧化混合型矿床选矿废水交叉回用提供技术支撑,丰富选矿废水回用的研究体系。

Abstract:The influence of artificially mixed wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid on the flotation behavior of Pb/Sb/Zn sulfide minerals such as jamesonite, marmatite and hexagonal pyrrhotite was investigated, and the interaction mechanism therein was also studied by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that with thiosulfate CSU61 as the depressant and 25# aerofloat as the collector, the recovery of jamesonite exceeds 95% and the recoveries of both marmatite and hexahedral pyrrhotite are less than 20% from a pulp with pH value of 6.0. It is proven that the wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid is conducive to the separation of jamesonite from marmatite or hexagonal pyrrhotite. Infrared spectrum analysis shows that CSU61 can effectively inhibit the adsorption of 25# aerofloat on marmatite and hexahedral pyrrhotite, but cannot affect its coating on jamesonite. The research can testify the feasibility of cross-use of wastewater from the mineral processing of mixed sulfide oxide ore, and enrich the research on the reuse of mineral processing wastewater.
