摘    要:针对三山岛金矿西山分矿某破碎矿段矿体难开采、原有上向水平进路充填法支护工程量大、作业循环周期长等问题,拟采用下向进路(进路宽3.6 m、高3.0 m)充填采矿法回采该段破碎矿体。通过安全系数法计算出承载层所需C30混凝土或尾砂胶结体厚度,对下向构筑工艺及施工步骤进行了介绍,并在试验采场进行了现场应用。结果表明,下向进路充填采矿法不但减轻了支护成本和支护工作量,同时保障了破碎矿体回采过程中的施工安全性,为破碎矿体安全高效开采积累了宝贵经验。

Abstract:In view of the problems in Xishan Branch of Sanshandao Gold Mine, including difficult mining of the broken orebody, a large amount of supporting work required and the long operation cycles in the previous overhand cut-and-fill mining method, it is proposed to adopt a underhand cut-and-fill mining (with an access road 3.6 m wide and 3.0 m high) to stope those broken orebody. The thickness of C30 concrete or tailings cement required for the bearing layer was calculated with the safety factor method and the downward operation techniques and the steps were introduced in detail. Based on the practical application of this method in the tested stope, it is shown that this underhand cut-and-fill mining method can not only reduce the cost and workload of the support, but also guarantee the operation safety in the process of mining broken orebodies, which can accumulate some valuable experience for the safe and efficient mining of broken ore bodies.
