摘    要:对湖南某钨多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用苯甲羟肟酸作为选钨捕收剂,在高选择性捕收剂作用下,大幅度降低水玻璃用量,减轻了萤石在选钨阶段的强烈抑制。以常温精选取代加温精选工艺,在原矿钨品位0.25%条件下,采用脱硫浮选-优先选钨闭路流程,获得了钨精矿品位44.23%、回收率73.52%的技术指标,大幅度提高了资源综合利用效率,为矿山企业高效开发资源提供了有效技术支撑。

Abstract:A mineral separation test for a tungsten polymetallic ore from Hunan with the feed grade of 0.25% WO3 was conducted using benzyl hydroxamic acid as the tungsten collector. Owing to the high selectivity of collector, the sodium silicate dosage can be greatly reduced and the strong inhibition of fluorite in the tungsten dressing stage can be released. With a hot cleaning process replaced by a normal temperature dressing, a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of a desulfurization flotation and a tungsten-preferential separation resulted in 73.52% recovery to a tungsten concentrate grading 44.23% WO3. The practice is of technical reference value for resource utilization in mining enterprises.
