碗扣式脚手架在现浇桥梁施工中的计算及应用

摘    要:按《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ130-2001)规定的计算方法,完整验算了某跨线桥施工中支架立杆在桥梁自重及施工活荷载作用下的稳定性和地基承载力,证明施工时采用的支架具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,满足施工要求。采用找零立杆的方法,解决了因纵横坡较大不便调整支架高度的问题。

Abstract:Based on a finished bridge, the article provided for a whole checking of standing tube calculation of the stability and foundation bearing capacity under weight and construction live load in accordance with technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in construction (JGJ130-2001). At the same time, the height of scaffold can be adjusted by short standing tube. The calculation of scaffold had been used in a finished bridge.
