| 摘 要： | 通过对美国钢结构设计规范Specification for Structural Steel Buildings-Allowable Stress Design and Plastic Design（AISC-ASD89）的解读,归纳总结了运用美标AISC-ASD89进行钢结构构件梁、柱强度的计算方法,并对美标中的英制计算公式进行了公制转换.

| Abstract: | Through to interpretation of the calculate method of the strength for steel member per specification for structural steel buildings-allowable stress design and plastic design（AISC-ASD89）,summarized the calculating method of the strength for steel beam and column per specification for structural steel buildings-allowable stress design and plastic design（AISC-ASD89）,and converted units of the calculating formulate in American specification from imperial system to the metric system. |
