摘    要:介绍可控硅交流自动调压恒温测量、控制系统。用于控制内加热氧化釜时控温精度高,为稳定提高产品质量创造良好条件,使燃料棒在一定高温高压条件下,对其表面进行均匀氧化。实际运行表明,自动调压恒温控制是充分发挥内加热优越性的一种较好的控制方式。

Abstract:Introduction to controlled silicon exchange automatic adjust pressure constant temperature to measure, control system Use for control heat oxidation reactor when controlled temperature precision is high,in order to improve product quafity and stability to create favorable conditions,make the fuel rods to a certain high temperature and high pressure conditions to Its uniform surface oxidation. Reality shows that automalic adjust pressure constant temperature control is a better way to control what full to develop the advantages of heating.
