| 摘 要： | "中国大坝安全监测与管理工程"部分经费系加拿大政府无偿援助,中国政府投入相应配套资金开展的两国政府间的合作项目.项目由在中国建立10座水库大坝安全自动化监测系统和加强大坝安全管理研究两大部分组成.为学习发达国家先进的经验和技术,使更多的水利水电工作人员了解本合作项目,文章对项目的由来和执行情况作了简要介绍.

| Abstract: | Financed by the Canadian government and the Chinese government, the Dam Safety Monitoring and Management Project is a joint Sino Canadian effort. The Project includes the installation of an automatic dam safety monitoring system at ten reservoirs, which have been chosen to be representative of large to medium sized structures in China for research on dam safety management reinforcement in China. The Ministry of Water Resources has initiated the project in order to learn advanced dam safety management experience and dam safety monitoring technologies from foreign countries. This paper briefly introduces the background and the implementation of the project. |
