| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the complexity,emergency and timeliness of the post-earthquake reconstruction and further studies the Beichuan new town construction.It proposes a planning scheme and phase methods to accelerate the reconstruction process Beichuan new town in a more scientific and effective way.Additionally,it calls for paying more attentions to seven combinations during the planning phases. |
