40%哒螨·螺螨酯悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在240 nm波长下对40%哒螨·螺螨酯悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在该分析方法下,螺螨酯和哒螨灵的线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.034和0.040,变异系数分别为0.11%和0.40%,平均回收率分别为99.75%和99.51%。

Determination of Spirodiclofen+Pyridaben 40%SC by HPLC

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of spirodiclofen + pyridaben 40% SC was described by HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, on C18 column, with UV detector at 240 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of spirodiclofen and pyridaben were 0.999 4 and 0.999 5, the standard deviations were 0.034 and 0.040, the coefficients of variation were 0.11% and 0.40%, the average recoveries were 99.75% and 99.51%, respectively.
