| 摘 要： | 建立了利用高效液相色谱测定1 2%噻苯·敌草隆可分散油悬浮剂的定量分析方法。结果表明,噻苯隆和敌草隆的相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.029和0.01 1,变异系数分别为0.36%和0.27%,平均回收率分别为1 00.0%和99.7%。该方法简便、快捷,且精密度和准确度高。

Analysis of Thidiazuron+Diuron 12%OD by HPLC |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for quantitive determination of thidiazuron + diuron 12% OD was established. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of thidiazuron and diuron were 0.999 4 and 0.999 5, the standard deviations were 0.029 and 0.011, the coefficients of variation were 0.36% and 0.27%, respectively. The method had the advantages of convenience, good separation, high precision and accuracy. |
