摘 要: | 通过流点法确定分散剂种类,利用正交试验法优化配方,采用湿法研磨工艺制备30%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂样品,并开展田间防治玉米大斑病的药效试验。30%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂的优化配方为:10%吡唑醚菌酯、20%戊唑醇、2.5%润湿分散剂Atlax G-5000、0.12%黄原胶、4%丙三醇,水补足至100%。所制30%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂在有效成分用量为180,210 g/hm~2时,对玉米大斑病防效分别为85.03%和88.80%。30%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂可有效防治玉米大斑病,具有较好的应用价值。

Preparation of Pyraclostrobin+Tebuconazole 30%SC and Its Efficacy on Corn Northern Leaf Blight |

Abstract: | The dispersant was selected by flow point method, the optimize formula was determetion by orthogonal test. Then pyraclostrobin + tebuconazole 30% SC was prepared by wet grinding technology, and field efficacy against corn northern leaf blight was tested. The optimum composition consisted of pyraclostrobin 10%, tebuconazole 20%, dispersing agent Atlax G-5000 2.5%, xanthan gum 0.12%, glycerol 4%, water making up to 100%. The field trials showed that at the active ingredient dose of 180-210 g/hm2, the efficiencies of pyraclostrobin + tebuconazole 30% SC on corn northern leaf blight were 85.03% and 88.80%, respectively. Pyraclostrobin + tebuconazole 30% SC had excellent control effect against corn northern leaf blight. |
