摘    要:建立了采用气相色谱测定保健食品中敌敌畏农药残留的方法,样品经丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,DB-5弹性石英毛细管柱分离,氮磷检测器检测。方法的线性相关系数为0.999 4,检出限为4.6μg/kg,平均添加回收率在86.1%~95.8%之间,变异系数在4.5%~7.8%之间。测定的16批保健食品均未检出敌敌畏农药残留。

Determination of Dichlorvos Residues in Health Food by GC
Abstract:An effective method for determination of dichlorvos residues in health food was established by GC. The samples were extracted by acetone, separated by DB-5 capillary column, then determined by GC with NPD. The linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 4, the determination limit was 4.6μg/kg, the average recoveries were 86.1%-95.8%, the coefficients of variation were 4.5%-7.8%. Dichlorvos was not detected in the sixteen batches of health food.
