面向IMRT的治疗计划系统设计与实现

摘    要:治疗计划系统是适形调强放射治疗(IMRT)系统的核心。论文对IMRT治疗计划系统进行了系统分析,为其全面的商品化开发提供了框架和依据。在此基础上,介绍了作者开发的“XG_TPS原型系统”的结构、模块功能和关键技术。该系统已在伽玛刀的适形调强放射治疗上得到初步应用,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:The Treatment Planning System(TPS) is the hard core of an Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy(IMRT) system.In this paper,the TPS for IMRT is analyzed across-the-board.Then the frame and principles for its commercial development are provided.Based on the analysis,the structure,the functions of modules and the key techniques of the "XG_TPS" are introduced.This system has been applied elementarily in the IMRT of Gamma-knife and a satisfying result is achieved.
