| 摘 要： | 讨论了采用异烟酸-巴比妥酸部分蒸馏法测定水中总氰化物的方法优越性,通过检出限、重现性及实际水样的测定,确定该方法完全可以替代一贯所采用的吡啶-巴比妥酸实验室方法。该方法采用异烟酸-巴比妥酸作为显色剂,在600 nm处测量。测量范围:20~600μg/L,最低检出限为2.0μg CN-/L,水样测量的回收率为92%~103%,精密度RSD小于3.0%,结果令人满意。
