无高差水平布管分离式热管性能实验研究

摘    要:为了研究无高差水平布管分离式热管在空调冷量回收中的应用情况,对无高差水平布管分离式热管换热器在不同充液率和不同驱动温差的条件下其前后空气温度分布均匀性和热管换热器的节能效果进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,空调系统引入此分离式热管系统后可节能9%-26%,有一定节能效果;在不同充液率和不同驱动温差下空气温度分布都不均匀,温度在热管换热器不同高度的测量点差别较大;热管换热器前后空气平均温差总体偏小,换热器换热面使用效率低。该结果为与动力型分离式热管性能作比较提供实验依据。

Abstract:In this paper,experiments are conducted to study the uniformity of temperature difference distribution rate and energy-saving property of horizontally separate heat-pipe heat exchanger without height difference in different filling rates and driving temperature difference.The results show that air-conditioning systems with horizontally separate heat pipe without height difference can save energy by 9% to 26% and have a certain energy-saving effect.The temperature distribution does not tend toward uniformity in different filling rates and driving temperature differences,and the temperature differences vary a lot in different height of heat-pipe heat exchanger.The temperature difference of air before and after the heat-pipe heat exchanger is averagely small and the area usage rate of the heat exchanger is low.The results supply experimental support for comparison with separate heat pipe with driving force.
