| 摘 要： | 随着3G时代的到来,通信产业得以蓬勃发展,越来越多的数据业务在3G时代得以应用,人们对数据业务通信质量的要求也越来越高。如何提升TD-SCDMA网络上行吞吐量,满足3G时代业务对上下行吞吐量的比例,为客户提供更加优质的数据业务服务,成为TD-SCDMA网络性能优化的重要课题。
