| 摘 要： | 软启动技术是长距离、大功率带式输送机的关键技术之一,介绍了液黏软启动装置应用于水泥矿山长距离带式输送机中的情况。首先对比了各种软启动产品,分析工作特点并重点介绍了液黏软启动装置的原理;其次介绍了模糊控制原理;并介绍了液黏软启动装置在某矿山长距离带式输送机中的特性曲线和应用效果。 |

| Abstract: | Soft-start technolgy is one of the key technologies of long distance big power belt conveyor,the application on the silo mine belt conveyor is introduced.At first,compares many kinds of soft-start products,analyze their characteristics and introduce the principle of hydro-viscous importantly;Secondly,introduce the fussy control principle;at last,introduces the characteristic curves and applying effective on a long distance belt conveyor of some mine factory. |
