曳引式矿用电梯的设计

摘    要:曳引式电梯是目前使用最多的一种电梯。以曳引式矿用电梯试验台的设计为例,对电梯关键部件的设计选型进行了分析研究。吸取了矿用设备的设计经验,以钢丝绳罐道代替了电梯现用的钢性轨道。并在电梯的轿厢上安装了防坠器,以保证当钢丝绳罐道不能正常工作时,电梯能平稳降落。

Abstract:Traction elevator is the most common type used in the elevator of vertical.This type of mine to traction elevator test platform as an example,the various key components of the elevator's design selection were analyzed.Drawing on experience in the design of mining equipment,to track instead of the elevator rope is used for rigid track.The elevator car in the anti-dropping device is installed to ensure that when the rope does not work when the tank road,to ensure a smooth landing at the elevator.
