摘    要:通过对JQL-55无极绳绞车结构介绍,确定无极绳绞车的钢丝绳的选型,计算设计了滚筒直径、齿轮传动和齿轮轴,设计出一种比较符合我国国情的新型高效煤矿辅助运输设备。并叙述了JQL-55无极绳绞车的工作原理、安装与维护。

Abstract:Through the structure of JQL-55 endless rope winch is introduced,the rope of the endless rope winch is determined,calculate and design the drum diameter,the gear and the gear shaft to design a new efficient mine assistance conveyance equipment that is in line with China's national conditions.In addition,the working principle of JQL-55 endless rope winch is descriped as well as the installation and maintenance.
