摘    要:分析了MG250/591-QWD型电牵引采煤机在新庄孜矿使用过程中暴露出的问题,并针对采煤机截割部和行走部中部分零部件出现的故障提出了改进措施。实践证明,改进后的采煤机可靠性和安全性都得到了很大提高,满足了井下工作要求,延长了设备的使用寿命,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Based on the actual situation of Huainan Mining Group,the problems existed during using MG250/591-QWD electrical traction mine shearer in Xinzhuangzi are analyzed,and improvement measures for the failures occurred to some parts in the shearer cutting and the travel unit are proposed.It has proved that the reliability and security of shearer had been greatly improved to meet the requirements of underground work,to extend the lifetime of the equipment,and has achieved the desired results.
