基于油气悬架系统的可视化动态仿真

摘    要:根据胶轮车油气悬架系统的工作原理和实际使用工况,建立了油气悬架缸-蓄能器联合仿真模型,利用流体仿真软件FLUENT,考虑边界及其分布问题,模拟不同工作状态下油气悬架系统的流场分布,从而实现可视化的动态仿真实验,有助于研究车辆的平稳性。

Abstract:According to the working principle and actual working condition of the rubber tyre vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension system,established the hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder-accumulator joint simulation model.Using the fluid simulation software FLUENT,considerations in boundary and the distribution of the problem,simulate different working conditions of hydro-pneumatic suspension flow field distribution,so as to realize the visualization of dynamic simulation experiment,which help research the vehicle st...
