采煤机破碎装置锥销轴优化分析

摘    要:基于疲劳寿命理论,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对采煤机破碎装置的锥销轴进行了疲劳寿命仿真。通过完善边界条件处理方式,保证仿真结果与实验结果一致,得到了该零件危险部位的应力及寿命安全系数。利用有限元优化模块与灵敏度方法相结合,对锥销轴的外形结构尺寸进行了优化,优化后锥销轴重量减轻了4.5%,疲劳使用率提高了61.4%。
