摘    要:提升机作为煤矿生产中的关键设备,在矿井机械化生产中占有重要的地位。针对JK型(2JK-3/11.5)提升机,对其制动系统中的盘式制动器进行设计分析。液压盘式制动器作为最新一种制动器,具有制动力矩易调整、结构紧凑、通用性好、安全可靠性高等优点,对提升安全有重要意义。

Abstract:Coal mineupgrading equipment as the key equipment holds an important position in mechanized production of the time.The disc brake of the braking system for JK type(2JK-3/11.5) hoist have been designed.As the latest development of a brake,hydraulic disc brakes have many advantages such as with easy to adjust the braking torque,compact structure,common good,safe and high reliability,is important in enhancing security.
