中天广场结构工程施工技术

中天广场工程施工时为满足工期要求，在地下连续墙护筒范围内的基础面直接施工主楼核心墙及４个Ｌ形角柱，使主楼转换层能在工程开工后短期内施工完成，并进行标准层结构施工，随后才陆续进行主楼范围地下室土方开挖，护筒混凝土壁打凿，并由底板开始往上进行地库其余各层楼板施工，此外，在土方工程，钢筋工程，混凝土工程，模板工程等方面也采用了新技术。

COMPREHENSIVE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF THE ZHONG-TIANSQUARE BUILDING PROJECT

In order to fulfill the time schedule of the Zhong-tian Square Building Project during construction,there are the main building core-wall and 4-pieces of L-type corner cloumns had been previously completed on the foundation bed surface within the range of slurry-wall shoring cylinder.Therefore,the transform storey of its main building could be built up shortly,and the standard storeys could be carried out successively.Thereafter procedures in construction are followed step by step as listed namely:excavation of main building basement earth work ,drilling of concrete well cylinder,and building upward from foundation bed to the rest of various basement floors.Besides,there are earth work,reinforcement work,concrete work,and formwork et al.all have been well done with the new technology.
