摘    要:砌体结构底层局部框架砖房是底层空旷房屋的一种结构形式,为了解其抗震性能而进行的模型振动台模拟地震试验结果显示,模型房屋整体抗震力较差,震害集中在下部。提高此类房屋的整体抗震能力的关键在一层及二层,应通过适当增加底层刚度等措施提高房屋的抗震能力。

Abstract:The lower portion framed structure of a masonry building is highly spacious at its first and second storeys.In order to understand the aseismatic property of a masonry building, an imitation model seismic test on a vibrating platform has been carried out.The test has clearly shown that the aseismatic capacity of a masonry building as a whole is rather low,and its destruction is mainly concentrated at its lower portion.Therefore,strengthening the aseismatic capacity of a masonry building has to be enforced at its first and second storeys.Moreover,an appropriate measure for increasing and improvment of rigidity and flexibility etc.should be well made at its lower portion,so that its aseismatic capacity can be strengthened.
