南京状元楼预应力转换层结构工程研究

南京状元楼酒店扩建工程为实现上下柱网的改变，利用设备层作为结构转换层，通过多种结构方案的模拟试验，确定在转换层结构上分阶段施加预应力，取得了改善结构受力性能，减少挠度和梁截面高度，节约钢材，提高梁抗裂性能的效果。

A STUDY ON THE TRANSFER OF UP AND DOWN STOREYS BY PRESTRESSEDSTRUCTURE OF THE NANJING ZHUANGYUANLOU PROJECT

The extension work of the Nanjing Zhuangyuanlou has been well completed on the transfer of up and down storeys by prestress structure. The transformation of up and down storeys' column systems has been realized by making use of its equipment and facilities storey as its transfer storey. The prestress method has been firstly tested by a series of practical experiments and secondly carried out well on seperate stages. Thus, it has eventually improved its loading physical property, saved lots of steel and promoted anti-crackability.
