摘    要:直螺纹钢筋接头原理是将两根待接钢筋端部中工成直螺纹,旋入带有直螺纹的套筒中,从而将两端的钢筋连接起来,它不但具有锥螺纹连接的所有优点,而且接头强度更高,安装更方便中天广场工程采用直螺纹接头,与塔接法相比,节约钢板6568t。

Abstract:The theory of vertically threaded reinforcements socket joint is that, the ends of two seperate bars are vertically threaded and turned into a socket joints,so that these two seperate bars are fully connected as one perfect bar.Practices have proved that these technological methods possess not only advantages of the conical joint but also advantages of a stronger joint and easier construction.In contruction of the Zhong-tian Sguare Project, the adoption of vertically threaded reinforcements joint method comparing with the lap joint method has saved a total amount of steel consumption 6568 t.
