| 摘 要： | 保温屋面施工中已普遍采用排汽的构造形式，由于设计不合理，施工质量差以及防水卷材质量差等原因，易造成保温屋面开裂，通过变形计算可定量分析屋面裂缝与渗漏的主要原因。今后应改进防水构造形式，增加防水屋保护措施，选用适合的材料，改善施工工艺，以提高保温屋面的工程质量。

| Abstract: | The construction of a thermo-insulation roof has been generally made of the gas-repellant type.Owing to (1)the improper design,(2)the deteriorated construction and (3)the poor quality of waterproof roofing materials,all have made the roof's cracks formation materials,all have made the roof's cracks formation.Undertaking a series of deformation calculation and quantity analyses,it has found out the main causes of roofs'cracks formation.Hereafter,attention should be paid to (1)renovating of waterproofing construction styles,(2)increasing of waterproofing insulation measures,(3)adopting of appropriate building materials,and lastly(4)improving of construction technology,so that a good quality of thermo-insulation roof can be assured. |
