| 摘 要： | 随着经济快速发展,建筑业及建筑产品迅速增加,高耗能、高排放带来的影响十分严重.面对如此严峻的形势,建筑业必须从根本上实现发展方式的转变.以全寿命周期理论为基础,从大众、建筑企业、和政府的角度,探讨低碳经济条件下建筑业的发展问题,研究国家在低碳建筑发展上应该采取的具体措施.
