| 摘 要： | 以天津市莱酒店式公寓为例,基于清华大学自主开发的能耗软件DEST,用正交试验的方法,针对该建筑的全年逐时能耗(空调采暖负荷)进行动态模拟计算,分析其围护结构、空调采暖设定温度、照明等因素的能耗特征和建筑能耗的影响程度,从而为此类建筑的节能设计和节能管理提供必要的技术依据.

| Abstract: | Taking a serviced apartment building as an example,DEST construction energy consumption simulation software and the orthogonal experiment method are utilized to calculate the energy consumption of this building.It can provide the essential technical basis and optimize the energy conservation design proposal,through analyzing the energy consumption characteristics and the energy consumption influence level of building enclosure,lighting power density,setting temperature of air conditioning and heating. |
