It briefly analyzed the cause of high-rise building’s exterior wall fire.The QX-type inorganic composite materials of non-combustible insulation were described.The material was tested by State Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of fixed fire extinguishing systems and fire-resistant components,with the result that the combustion performance meets the national standard about A1-level in GB8624——2006,"Classification of building materials and combustion products",which means homogeneous material does not burn.And thus it looked to development prospects of high-rise building exterior wall materials.
