摘    要:在众多的活性染料,如何选择染料拼色且达到预期的染色效果,是目前印染厂最为关注的,活性染料的染色特征值(S,E,F,R)为活性染料的应用提供了可靠的参考依据。本文采用测定S,E,F,R值法来评价活性染料的配伍性。在实验中选择B型染料,按一定的工艺处方浸染纯棉织物,测定各染料S,E,F,R值。通过测试伯S,E,F,R值选择一些染料进行组合和拼色研究。

Abstract:It is the most important technical problem for the dyeing and printing mills to select dyes from so many reactive dyes to combination dyeing and get the expectant effect. So some simple methods must be selected to judge the compatibility of the reactive dyes. But the characteristic values (S, E, F, R) of the dyes provide us with the reliable reference data for the application. In this paper the compatibility of the reactive dyes was judged by evaluating the value S, E, F, R. We select the B-type reactive dyes for the exhaust dyeing of cotton fabric. Through the test of S, E, F, R value, we select some dyes to combination shade and study.
