减轻锅炉结渣的运行调整方案研究

摘    要:简单介绍了电站锅炉结渣的危害,并针对某发电厂的锅炉结渣的可能原因进行了初步分析,得出了煤种变化、一次风、二次风调节不当、磨煤机的不正常运行、燃烧过程中空气供应量不足、锅炉设计及安装或检修质量等对锅炉结渣的影响,进而提出了有关煤种、制粉系统、一、二次风的调整、氧量、吹灰、巡回检查制度等运行调整措施.

Abstract:In this paper,the hazards of furnace slagging have been briefly explained power station.Based on the analysis of the boiler slagging possible reasons,the factors for impacting furnace slagging have been obtained as follows: the coal type change,the unsuitable adjustment of primary air and secondary air,coal pulverizing systems;the abnormal operation of coal pulverizer,insufficient air supply on combustion process,the quality of the boiler design,installation and maintenance.Furthermore,the operation adjustm...
