Abstract:The design of motion mechanism is one of the basic problems when developing vehicle driving simulator(VDS).In this paper,an optimal design method for motion mechanism with six degrees of freedom(SDOF)is discussed by using the synthesized constrained dual-descent(SCDD)method, and the installation position of six actuators as well as the limited motion domain with SDOF is obtained.
