布尔洞矿浅埋煤层开采方案模型实验研究

摘    要:为了确定布尔洞煤矿浅埋煤层开采的初次来压步距和周期来压步距,确定合理的开采方案,进行了四架次的相似材料模型实验。实验结果表明,初次来压步距达48 m,矿压显现剧烈,顶板垮落时动载效应明显,工作面支架有被压垮危险。工作面在推进过程中留设条带散体煤柱可降低初次来压和周期来压强度。分别模拟了采21 m留12 m煤柱、采12 m留4 m煤柱、采20m留8 m煤柱等3种留设条带散体煤柱的开采方案,在综合考虑回采率与工作面安全的情况下,采20 m留8 m煤柱为方案较好。

Abstract:The coal seam of Buerdong mine is shallow lying coal seam,according to the formerly experience,the underground press of shallow lying coal seam in longwall face mining style is generally appeared fierce.In order to forecast the pace of roof primary breakage and periodic breakage,and then to determine the feasible mining program,the similar material model experiments is done.The experiment result indicated that the ace of roof primary breakage is 45m,the fierce underground press while roof primary breaking may destroyed the hydro-holders in mining face.Strip pillars which reserved in mining field could reduced the mining face underground press while roof primary or periodic breaking. Three mining modes with the different strip pillar parameters are done.In considering of keeping the mining face safety and the highest recovery ratio,the mining mode which the strip pillar width is 8m,and the space between two strip pillar is 20m,is the best one in those three modes.
