| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用光切法显微镜测量三维表面形貌．采用计算机对在光切法显微镜下拍摄的零件表面截面轮廓图象进行图象识别与处理，获得表面各个截面形貌的二维轮廓数据，通过样条插值获得三维表面轮廓形貌．

| Abstract: | Three-dimensional surface topography has been measured by light-section instrument. The light-section photographs have been treated and distinguished by computer, and profile graphs across the lay can be got. Finally, A three-dimensional surface topography has been calculated by interpolation. |
