容器法兰应力分析

摘    要:应力分析设计法是基于塑性失效准则的一种方法,它不仅解了压力容器常规设计所不能解决的问题,也是容器设计观点及方法上的一个飞跃.美国机械工程师学会60年代制定了世界上第一部以应力分析为基础的压力容器规范.我国也于1995年10月首颁了《钢制压力容器-应力分析设计标准》.本文采用有限单元法对沾益化肥厂3#氢氧化铁脱硫塔容器法兰进行了有限元应力分析,得出了法兰的应力分布规律,并据此得出了检验要点.

The Stress Analysis of Vessel Flange with Definite Element

Abstract:The method of stress analysis is based on the failure standard of plastics.It can solve the problems that can not be solved by the normal design methods. In the 60's, ASME gave out the first pressure vessel code in the world which is bssed on the stress analysis.In our country, the design code of prssure vessel based on the stress analysis was also gave out in 1995. This article made a stress an alysis to the tower flange with the definete element method,obtainedthe stress distribution in the flange,based upon this,the inspection point was gave out.
