蒙旦树脂作为固体软化—增粘剂在轮胎胶料中的应用

根据蒙旦树脂化学组成及结构的研究结果，提出蒙旦树脂作为多功能助剂可应用于橡胶工业中，经载重胎层帘线胶中应用蒙旦树脂和蒙旦树脂代替古马树脂在农用台面胶中应用小配合实验脯明，蒙 树脂作用为固体例软件－增粘剂具有发展潜力。该研究为蒙旦树脂的批量生产和应用提供了依据。

The Application of Montan Resin as Solid Soft-Adhesive Ingredient in the Manufacture of Rubber tyre

The chemical constituents and structural characteristic of montan resin separated from Liaohu montan wax show that montan resin could be used in manufacture of rubber tyre as polyfunctional ingredients. The experiments of inner layer cord rubber of truck tyre by substituting partially rosin and pine tar and uper rubber of tyre for agriculture machinery by substituting coumarone-indene resin with montan resin have been carried out. It has been confirmed that montan resin as solid soft-adhesive ingredients in the manufacture of rubber tyre has great potentialities. Therefore, the project provide scientific basis for batch use of montan resin in the rubber industry.
