消失模铸造双质体一维振实台的设计研究

摘    要:介绍了消失模铸造双质体一维振实台的工作原理及该振实台关键结构、部件的设计选型方法.试验证明消失模铸造双质体一维振实台对型砂的紧实率可达15.1%,具有良好的横向和纵向填充能力.生产实践表明,对地基基础的影响力明显减少,振动系统受载荷变化的影响较小,振动效果良好.

Abstract:In this paper,the operating principle of double mass one-dimensional compaction table used in lost foam casting was presented;the structural design and components selection of the compaction table were also introduced.The experiments prove that the compactability of molding sand can reach 15.1%,which was produced by double mass one-dimensional compaction table.The production practice shows that the influence on foundation is reduced,the vibration system is less affected by load changes,and vibration efficiency is better.
