反激式变换技术在高压直流电源中的应用

摘    要:介绍了单端反激式变换器的工作原理、特点和电压箝位电路,分析了应用反激式变换技术的高压直流电源的控制特性和纹波,实验证明,采用反激式变换技术的高压直流电源具有良好的自限流特性和自限压特性,对于过载和短路等异常,能有效保护功率电子器件。

Abstract:In this paper,the working principle,feutures and voltage clamper circuit of the single-end inverted excitation convertor are introduced,the controlling characteristic and ripple of the high voltage DC Supply by applying the inverted excitation conversion technique are analyzed. The experiments show that the high Voltahe DC suppy using the iinverted excitation conversion techique has good selflimit current and self-limit voltage characteristics. These can effectively protect the power electronic comPOnents in the case of abnormal phanomena such as overloading and short-circuit.
