智能极谱法同时测定土壤中微量钨钼

摘    要:钨和钼可以在氯酸盐-苯羟乙酸-硫酸-二苯胍体系中分别能产生灵敏度较高、跨度较大的极谱催化波。本文章采用盐酸-硝硫(8+2)湿法硝解土壤样品,再用碱溶液浸提,智能极谱法同时测定钨和钼。该方法快速,简单,准确,适用于化土壤样等微量钨钼元素的同时测定,并已实际应用于大批量分析样品的检测。

Abstract:Mo and W produce two high sensitivity, large--span polarographic single--peaks in perchlorate -- benzene acid -- sulfuric acid system . This article introducted that wet nitrolysis of soil samples by hydrochloric acid nitrate Sulfur (8 + 2). Extracted by alkali solution and determined by intelligent polarography. This method is rapid, simple and accurate. It applicables to the analysis for Mo and W in soil samples. And it has been widely used in analysis of the sample detection.
