摘    要:通过理论分析和仿真验证方法,研究了新型降压型矩阵整流器算法应用中的几个关键问题。建立了平衡与不平衡供电条件下矩阵整流器的开关函数算法,证明了平衡供电条件下该算法仍然能够实现MR的四象限能力,也证明了该算法与MR输入电流空间矢量调制(SVM)算法具有本质上的共性,并在详细分析平衡供电条件下电流SVM算法的基础上,给出了适用于3种不平衡供电条件下改进的电流SVM算法,包括波形畸变、幅值不平衡和初相不平衡,并且通过合理安排零矢量的作用区间而设计了一种共模电压抑制方法,使得共模电压降低一半,最后部分提供了基于Simulink7.0的仿真分析结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Several key issues on algorithm applications of novel buck matrix converter (MR) are investigated by means of theoretical analysis and simulation verification. The switching function algorithms of MR under balanced and unbalanced power conditions are derived. Four-quadrant working capability when using the algorithm under balanced power condition is proved, next proved is the common property in nature between the algorithm and current space vector modulation (SVM) algorithm. On the basis of detailed analysis of current SVM algorithm under balanced power condition, a modified current SVM algorithm suitable for three unbalanced power conditions is obtained, including waveform distortion, amplitude- unbalance and phase-unbalance, and an approach to reduce common mode voltage to half is designed by reasonable arrangement of zero vector action zones. Later on, partial simulation results based on Simulink7.0 are also provided, showing a good verification of theoretical analysis.
