摘    要:本文为某铝业公司电解铝用230kA直流供电系统,设计国内首套基于SIMADYND全数字整流控制系统。论文介绍了供电系统和控制系统的拓扑结构和工作原理,以控制系统连续运行两年多的实际状况为基础,分析了控制系统的特点,研究了采用该控制系统所带来的节约投资、节约能源资源的具体效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the first full digital rectifier control system based on SIMADYN D is designed for 230kA DC power supply system of electrolytic aluminium at some aluminium corporation in china. The topologies and operating principles of power supply and control system are introduced. Based on the continuous hereinbefore two-year operations of control system, control system characteristics are analyzed and control system saving investment/energy/resource specific effects are researched.
