摘    要:为评价南京市生态环境与水资源之间的耦合协调程度,基于相关统计数据,建立了南京市生态环境和水资源综合指数评价指标体系。利用耦合协调度模型,定量分析了南京市2005~2014年生态环境与水资源之间的耦合关系。结果表明,南京市生态环境状况前期良好,后期有所恶化,水资源发展水平逐步改善,生态环境与水资源基本处于协调发展状态,但离高度协调还有一定差距,且两系统间空间差异明显。南京市应进一步提高水资源利用效率,加强环境保护力度,确保两者的协调状况稳中趋优。研究成果可为南京市水资源开发及生态环境建设提供理论依据。

Coupling Relationship between Ecological Environment and Water Resources of Nanjing in Recent 10 Years
Abstract:In order to evaluate the degree of coupling and coordination between ecological environment and water resources of Nanjing City, based on the relevant statistical data, comprehensive indicator system of ecological environment and water resources were established. With the use of coupling coordination model, a quantitative analysis was made on the coupling relationship between ecological environment and water resources of Nanjing from 2005 to 2014. Results show that the ecological environment of Nanjing is good at earlier time, but then deteriorated, and water resources have been gradually improved. Ecological environment and water resources have been in the state of coordinated development, but there is still a certain gap to a high degree of coordination. At the same time, coupling between the two systems demonstrated an obviously spatial difference. Nanjing City should improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and strengthen the environmental protection to ensure the coordination of both stable and excellent. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of water resources and ecological environment construction in Nanjing City.
