地下洞室群施工风险管理的中介效应

摘    要:为论证地下洞室群施工过程中控制管理在降低人因风险方面起到的中介效应,结合工程实例将风险划分为五个层次,采用结构方程建立地下洞室群施工风险控制管理中介效应模型,采用中介效应与总体效应的比值来表示控制管理的中介效应值,计算结果表明,在不同风险存在的情况下,控制管理的中介效应值不同,其中控制管理对施工机械风险的调控作用最显著,施工环境次之,前期准备最小。研究成果可为工程施工提供参考。

Intermediate Effect of Construction Risk Management of Underground Caverns
Abstract:In order to demonstrate the role of control management in reducing the human risk during the construction of the underground cavern group, the risk is divided into five levels combined with engineering examples. The intermediate effect model of risk management in construction of underground caverns is established by SEM. The intermediate effect of control and management is expressed by the ratio of intermediate effect and overall effect. The results show that the intermediate effect value of control management is different when different risks exist. Among them, the control management of mechanical risk is the largest, the control management of construction environment is the second, and the control management of first-phase preparations is the least. The research results can provide reference for engineering construction.
