低空载电压电子控制弧焊电源的研制

摘    要:应用叠加高电压式电子稳弧器于低空载电压弧焊电源,可以使之成为一种稳弧、安全、节能、省材的焊接电源。它由两组电源构成:维持电弧燃烧的大功率低压电源和执行再引弧的小功率高压电源。该焊接电源运用于交、直流手工电弧焊;交、直流钨极氩弧焊以及交、直流脉冲钨极氩弧焊。

Abstract:The low open-circuit voltage type arc welding source with the superposed high voltage type electronic arc stabilizer may be a kind of welding source which is of arc-stability, safety, energy-saving and material-saving. It consists of two sources: low voltage high power source which puts the arc maintenance into practice and high voltage low power source which carries out the arc reignition. The source is used for AC and DC TIG arc welding, AC and DC pulsed TIG arc welding as well as AC and DC shielded metal arc welding.
