摘    要:对小浪底水电厂励磁系统运行过程中出现的失磁和过压现象,结合励磁系统可控硅整流桥的切换控制过程进行了分析,认为切换过程中继电器等元件动作不可靠是导致这些现象产生的原因。针对励磁系统双桥单向切换运行中存在设备利用率不高和系统可靠性降低的不足,提出了双向切换的改进思路和对策,并对故障复位条件提出了改进建议。

Abstract:Based on changeover control process, overvoltage and excitation loss during excitation system operation at Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant are analyzed, and conclusion is drew that abnormal work of element such as relay in excitation system results in this phenomenon. Thyristor bridge unidirectional switch will not make full use of system equipment, also reduces reliability of system. Bidirectional switch mode is produced, suggestions on improving system equipment wok time are also given.
